Aubrey C. Daniels, Ph.D., is the world's foremost authority on applying the scientifically proven laws of human behavior to the workplace. With the release of a new book "Oops! 13 Mistakes Managers Make and How to Avoid Them," Daniels was looking for a way to promote the book, as well as Aubrey Daniels International, a consulting firm that executes behavior-based workplace solutions and strategies that produce results.
SOLUTION
In support of the book's release, What's Up Interactive developed www.aubreydanielsblog.com as a platform where visitors can submit questions about managing difficult situations. Supporting the blog are a series of 13 podcasts—one for each of the 13 chapters of the book, as well as seven videos, each covering broader topics that relate to the book's theme of managing smarter. Each of the videos will also live on a YouTube channel that What's Up Interactive implemented: www.youtube.com/aubreydaniels. This approach is part of the larger strategic social marketing plan developed and being implemented by What's Up over the course of several months.
